SHIPPING AND RETURNS FAQs

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS
If for any reason you are not happy with our product, contact our Customer Service Team at contact@multistrandz.com for more information on how to process exchanges or refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if applicable. 

**Gift Cards are Non-returnable items.

RETURNS

To complete your return, we require that you email us at contact@multistrandz.com with the following information:

-Name

-Order Number

-Reason for Return or Exchange

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund has been processed, a credit for the amount of your refund will automatically be applied to the payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to process. Some banking institutions may have a longer wait time for your refund to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@multistrandz.com

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should e-mail contact@multistrandz.com for return shipping information. Please refer to the section on returns for more information.

APPAREL 

Please allow 2-10 business days for apparel items to be delivered. Items considered as apparel include hoodies, sweatshirts, graphic tees, and long sleeve shirts

HAIR ACCESSORIES & HAIR PRODUCTS

Please allow 3-5 business days for hair accessories items to be delivered. Items considered as hair accessories and hair products include hair ties, headbands, turbans, beanies, oils, shampoo, conditioners, etc. 

HOME DECOR

Please allow 5-7 business days for home decor items to be delivered. Items considered as home decor include wall art and bedding.
