1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that some products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partners. Production time is included in the processing window above.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping – estimated 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – estimated 2–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping – available on qualifying orders (threshold displayed at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by country and carrier, typically ranging from 7–21 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • MultiStrandz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Some destinations may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages MultiStrandz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@multistrandz.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work to make it right.

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MultiStrandz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@multistrandz.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

7. Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international equivalents. Carrier selection is based on destination and order type.
