1. Overview We want you to love your MultiStrandz purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

2. Return Window We accept returns within 14 daysof the delivery date. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this window by contacting us at contact@multistrandz.com.

3. Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of use

All product types — including apparel and hair accessories — are subject to the same return eligibility criteria.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Gift cards

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at contact@multistrandz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MultiStrandz is not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose between:

  • Refund to your original payment method — processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Store credit — issued promptly and valid for use on any future MultiStrandz purchase

There are no restocking fees.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@multistrandz.comwith your order number and photos. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
